Statement from Migros, which terminated the employment of 250 workers: It blamed the workers!

 In the statement of Migros, which dismissed the unionized workers who left their jobs with the demand for the improvement of the salaries and regularization of the premiums in opposition to the announced 8 percent hike, the statement said, "We would like to emphasize that our door is open to our friends who find these working conditions appropriate and respect their workplace responsibilities." Migros has made a statement regarding the dismissal of workers who are members of the Warehouse, Port, Shipyard and Marine Workers' Union (DGD-Sen), who took action against the 8 percent wage increase of the subcontractor US Group at Migros' warehouse in Esenyurt. Migros' statement said, "Us Group had to part ways with the activists, who caused the European Distribution Center's operations to be interrupted for days and the food supply chain to be broken, even if it was the last thing desired."

Gülben Ergen objected, the acquittal of her ex-husband Erhan Çelik was lifted!

Singer Gülben Ergen's ex-wife Erhan Çelik was acquitted in the case where she was tried for allegedly sending insulting and threatening messages to her mobile phone in 2017. Upon Ergen's objection, the local court's acquittal was overturned by the Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal decided that Çelik should be sentenced to a judicial fine of 6 thousand liras for the crimes of "insult" and "threat". Allegedly, in 2017, the mobile phone of singer Gülben Ergen began to receive insulting and threatening messages from different numbers. Thereupon, Gülben Ergen filed a criminal complaint with the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office through her lawyers Altın Mimir and Emek Emre. In the investigation conducted by the Prosecutor's Office, it was determined that the numbers that sent messages to Gülben Ergen were Seda Kurtulmuş, assistant of her ex-wife Erhan Çelik, and Harun Güçlü, her driver.  

Protest in front of SGK from KESK Ankara Branches Platform: They burned the bills!

Protests against high bills continue after the 127 percent hike in electricity. Speaking at the protest held by the KESK Ankara Branches Platform, Erdoğan Usta said, "Today, we are burning our electricity and natural gas bills, which have become the symbol of our poverty throughout the country." KESK Ankara Branches Platform protested in front of the General Directorate of SGK to take back the hikes in electricity and natural gas bills. By burning the electricity and natural gas bills, the platform made the statement, "We are renewing our request to withdraw the electricity and natural gas hikes".
